How to become the best version of yourself
Sometimes to succeed we need to learn how to not fail. There are many things you should not do to succeed in life, but there are also some things you should do.
Beginnings is all that matters
Every morning make a list of the 3 most important things to do for the day that will make the largest impact. Why Bother?. It is well known that morning arrangement can be a deal-breaker for people having great, productive days. Particularly in the professional fields of sales and leadership, the development of a solid morning routine can be a deal-breaker in terms of productivity and success.
Don't be over care about small problems
when you run into tough situations, often it will seem like a disaster. Many years ago I made a mistake at work and my boss was incredibly upset with me I have really become disappointed in myself. Fast forward many years later to today and it turns out it was just a slight bump in the road in my life. It's such a small issue that I don't even remember exactly what happened anymore so don't sweat the small stuff and keep your eye on the big picture.
Learn new things each day
It could be a list of new habits, a new language, a new skill or insight, push yourself to grow every single day. For example today I hoped on a call with it the creator of a TV show and learn about entertainment and history. If you improved just a little bit every single day, think of how the effects compound over a year. Is it, in fact, becomes dramatic over time.
It had been said how small books make you warm and humble as well it makes you understand the basic Laws of life. Reading too many books at a period isn't healthy but it's more a breadth sucking experience while reading a book a year is too little to suck in. a good balance then is to read a book, a month. Many great leaders were good readers, and it's true even these days. Be it Benjamin Franklin, alien mask, Bill Gates, and others.
When it comes to exercise, the best time of day to get in a workout session is one that you can do consistently. Everyone is different. The “right” time depends on factors like your preference, lifestyle, and body. It's so simple but it's so effective. Your energy will be much better. And your health will be better for it. as well it improves focus and concentration, regardless of when you do it. But if you have trouble focusing during the day, a morning workout might be just the ticket.
